Once you have registered your free sms sender account, you can set a custom sender id.  This can be 11 characters, landline or mobile number.  If you set your sms sender id to 11-character sender id this can personalise you text message and ensure the customer knows who the message is from, however they cannot reply to this message, so its always best to add a contact number into your sms message.

To help you send your bulk sms messages to your customers we have provided the ability to upload numbers.   You can download our template csv/excel file and just put your numbers in.  This can be a really easy way to reuse your contact list and grow your contacts as you get more customers.
